City Farm, which became part of the Esas Holdings in 2001 and since then grows fast under the leadership of Emine Kamışlı Sabancı, carries today natural life to city centers with its 48 devoted employees, 4 shops and more than 120 sales points. The goal of City Farm, which is certificated for its product storage, transportation and retailing operations, is to protect future generations with quality food that adds value to a healthy life as well as contribute to establish and spread the awareness of a healthy life by offering the unique pleasure of organic tastes ... Exactly this is the reason why City Farm offers its customers organic products, which were grown far away from environmental pollution with genetically unmodified seeds and without using any chemical or synthetic additives and packaged accordingly .
City Farm has assumed the duty to expand the organic food market in Turkey, as the country has only a low share in the world's organic market despite its high potential for organic agriculture due to its ecology and location. Therefore, the company enriches its product range continuously. City Farm, which began its activities in 2000 with 16 products, has soon reached a variety of 383 products and become the biggest organic food retail brand of Turkey. Furthermore, City Farm initiated the production of first organic eggs in Turkey. These organic eggs produced to protect the health of future generations, are obtained from chickens under the control of veterinarians and fed with organic feed that contains no coloring agents and no hormones, antibiotics or chemicals whatsoever to increase fertility. City Farm aiming to become renowned also for its meat projects in the near future, serves conscious customers, who care a healthy nutrition and look for quality, variety and continuity, each day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. in its five shops in Çiftehavuzlar, Ataşehir, Etiler, Yeniköy, and Akatlar Club Sporium in Istanbul. City Farm, which has launched its "Eve Organik" (Home Delivery Organics) in September 2005, gathers the freshest vegetables, fruits, dried food and drinks according to the season and delivers these items weekly to the houses of its customers upon demand.
